Two Koreas to discuss planned groundbreaking ceremony for railway and road connections on Thursday

now another sign of cooperation between
the two koreas officials from the south and north will meet very soon to discuss
ways to move ahead with the groundbreaking ceremony for railway and
road connections according to Seoul's Unification Ministry the two sides will
hold talks on Thursday at the inter-korean liaison office just north
of the border the meeting is part of efforts to hold the event before the end
of the year if they can has agreed at the inter-korean summit in Pyongyang in
September the ministry has already sent a basic plan for the event to the north
and they have been sorting out the details based on that plan.
