LIFE CHANGING DIY Hair mask for OILY HAIR! / NO MORE OILY SCALP!

So I’m assuming you have greasy hair like myself or you just really liked the thumbnail that I posted because guys, my hair is disgusting right now, but I’m going to walk you guys through my DIY hair mask that really helps combat my oily scalp and greasy hair. I have no supplemental hair products in my head right now.

Usually if I go seven days, which is what this is, seven days without washing my hair, I usually use like a dry shampoo or something. But for the sake of this video, I wanted to make sure my hair was as greasy as possible to really show you guys how to combat and a mask that has worked for me for so many years and I hope it works for you genetically. I just have a greasy scalp, I cannot get rid of it and it’s been something that I’ve had to deal with for so many years.

I know it’s genetics because all of my siblings have the same problems. So let’s get into the video, but before we start, if you’re new to my channel, welcome, my name is mano. All right guys. Let’s get into the video. I’m going to walk you through all the ingredients that you need. Let’s get this grease out. The best part of this hair mask is you can use items that you have at home, which is really nice. Everyday household ingredients will do the trick. I’m starting with two eggs, Apple cider vinegar, and an essential oil. This is key.

You really want to make sure you have an essential oil to help combat the scent of the egg white along with the Apple cider vinegar. What I’m doing here is I’m going to separate the yolk from the egg white egg, white hair masks, cleanse the scalp of excessive oil, strengthen your hair, and promote hair growth.

It’s also a great ingredient that helps fight dandruff, so for those of you that do have excessive dandruff, egg white masks are definitely the way to go. I’m going in with about two to three tablespoons of Apple cider vinegar. You really want to be generous, but you don’t want to be excessive with the Apple cider vinegar. This is going to act as a clarifier for your hair and really help eliminate all of the excess buildup that you may have.

The essential oil is going to give your hair mask a beautiful scent, allowing it to be therapeutic. I recommend about 10 to 12 drops is the sweet spot for essential oil.

The key to this hair mask is making sure you whisk it up really well. Being that you have egg whites in the mask, it can get a little Yorkie and a little chunky through the process, so make sure you whisk it up really, really well. I also recommend having a spray bottle handy. What I’m doing is I’m pouring the hair mask directly through the funnel into the spray bottle.

This is really going to help with the application process and really helped me disperse the product evenly throughout my scalp without getting too runny. So now that we have our mixture, I like to put mine in a spray bottle. You don’t necessarily have to, I prefer it this way because it’s extremely runny and I just don’t like it all over my face.

This is predominantly for your roots, so you want it to be root focused, especially when you’re going in. So what I’d suggest you do is make sure all of your hair is brushed so that it’s ready for sectioning, and then we can go right in and massage it into our scalp.

You don’t want to spray this all over your hair, guys. This is a drying agent, so it’s going to dry up and really clarify your roots. You don’t need it on your ends. You can brush it through your ends after, but I’m going to show you, so what you’re going to do is you’re going to section your hair off. I like to go out in a few sections. We’ll start from the bottom and kind of work my way up. So I’ll take a spray bottle and just spray and massage it right into the roots and kind of just let it sit.

I like to press it and then I’ll take my small comb and just kind of comb it where the greasy parts are. The main point of this is to really get it into your SCUP and eliminate any excess oil. When I discovered this mask, I was like, where has this been my whole life? The tea tree feels so good on the scalp, it’s just so refreshing and tingles and I prefer the tea tree over any other essential oil. I just feel like it gives the cleanest smell and more fresh.

And I know Apple cider vinegar smells so gross, so this helps combat the Apple cider vinegar plus tea tree oil is really great for your hair and for your scalp really helps stimulate your scalp. Now I’m going to focus a lot on the front because that’s where most of my oils come from and the center of my hair.

So [inaudible]. Now what I’m going to do is wrap my hair into a bun and I’m going to put a shower cap on and leave it on for 30 minutes. You really want to leave it on for an extended amount of time. So that your scalp can really do its magic. Okay. I have my black little shower cap. I know I look so silly, but I’m going to leave this on for a little bit. All right guys, I’m going to set my timer for 30 minutes before washing your mask out.

I recommend going in with lukewarm water. You don’t want it to be too hot. You have to remember guys, we have egg white in our hair so you don’t want it to cook while you’re in the shower. I’m also going to recommend that you use a really great shampoo that helps leave your hair squeaky clean. I’ve gone in with the awake therapeutic shampoo with eucalyptus. This really helps deep clean and eliminate all of the egg and Apple cider vinegar from my hair.

I recommend shampooing twice. Really eliminating everything and then going in with your conditioner as usual and we’re back. Guys, my scalp feels so freaking good right now like I can’t express to you guys enough how just like refreshed and clean and just squeaky clean.

My, my scalp feels right now so my hair is extremely wet. I’m just going to brush through it, going to blow dry it and really show you guys how much volume I get just from blow drying my hair because I’ve eliminated everything that’s been on my scalp and my roots. [inaudible] [inaudible] [inaudible] [inaudible] guys, I’m just going to let my hair speak for itself. It feels so light, so voluminous.

It just feels like I can take on the world right now. My hair like my scalp just feels so clean.
