Ingredients of French Onion And Garlic Soup
1. 3 medium onions, thinly sliced
2. 5-6 garlic cloves
3. 4 slices brown bread
4. 2 tablespons olive oil
5. 1 medium crrort thinly sliced
6. 4 cups Vegetables Stock
7. salt to taste
8. 1/4 tesopon with white pepper powder
9. 1/4 cup grated cheese
Method of making French onion and garlic soup
1. chop three to four garlic cloves and keep the reamaining whole.
2. Cut the brown bread into small round slice.Apply one tablespoon olive oil and rub with whole garlic cloves.Toast till crisp.
3. Heat the remaining olive oil in an non-stick pan, and now saute the on onions on medium heat till brown.Drain well.Keep a few slices aside for garnishing.
4. To the same oil,add the chopped garlic and saute till light brown.Add the carrot and saut for few minutes.
5. Add the vegetables stock and bring it to ba boil.Lower heat and let it simmer for 10 to 15 minutes.
6. Add the salt and white pepper powder.
7. To serve ladle the soup into individual bowls,float the toasted brown bread top it with grated cheese and fried brown onions and server hot
