  1. 4-5 large carrots.
  2.  1/2 cup raisins.
  3.  6-8 black olives, sliced .
  4.  2 tablespoons lemon juice.
  5.  5-6 black peppercorns, crushed.
  6.  1 green chilli, finely chopped.
  7.  1 tablespoon honey.
  8.  Salt according  to taste.
  9.  1/4 teaspoon black salt.
  10.  6 walnut kernels, crushed.
  11.  1 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil.
  12.  6- 8 fresh mint leaves.

  1.  Thickly grate the carrots. Refrigerate till required for use.
  2.  Combine the lemon juice, peppercorns, green chilli, honey, salt, black salt, walnuts, raisins, black olives and extra virgin olive oil to make a dressing.
