1. 12-ounce lime gelatin.
2. 3 cups hot water.
4. 3 cups pear juice.
5. 1 teaspoon vinegar, cider.
6. 1/2 teaspoon salt.
7. 1 pound cream cheese.
8. 1/2 teaspoon ginger.
9. 1 1/2 pears, canned, drained, diced.
Method of making green island salad recipe
1. Dissolve the gelatin in hot water. Add Mc pear juice, vinegar and salt mid-stir .
2. Fill individual molds 1/3 full and place in the refrigerator until firm.
