Salad recipe with figs, fennel, grapes and almonds

Very tasty salad, which is best to cook summer seasonal produce – juicy lettuce from the garden, fresh ripe figs, amber grapes and apples from the branch.  The original mix of seasonal ingredients are complemented by dressing with passion fruit. By the way, you can cook more at once, pour into a bottle and store in the refrigerator. Sweet and sour dressing is perfect for any green salad.

  • 20 g of mixed salads
  • 15 g fennel
  • 10 g of celery
  • 30 g of fresh Fig (1 PC.)
  • 15 grams green Apple
  • 20 g of grapes
  • 15 g of pulp pomelo
  • 12 g of roasted almonds
  • 5 ml of vegetable oil

For the filling:

  • 10 g of cane sugar
  • 5 g of white wine vinegar
  • 1 g of ginger root
  • 20 g passion fruit puree


  1. Fennel and celery cut into slices, green Apple julienne, figs – into slices, and grapes in half, remove pits.
  2. For the filling: in a saucepan melt the brown sugar, pour the vinegar, add the ginger. A little to evaporate. Cool. Drain. To puree passion fruit add the strained syrup and mix.
  3. All the ingredients for the salad mix, sprinkle with seasoning and vegetable oil.
