- 10-12 cherry tomatoes, halved.
- 1%2 cups penne (quill-shaped pasta).
- Salt to taste.
- 1/4 medium broccoli, separated into small florets.

- 10-12 black peppercorns.
- 2 tablespoons olive oil.
- 15-20 basil leaves.
- 150 grams skimmed milk cottage cheese cut into 2-inch long strips.
- 1 tablespoon vinegar 1 teaspoon caster sugar.

Method Of making Of summer tomato pasta salad
1. Cook the penne in t ive to six cups of boiling salted water till al dente (cooked but still firm to the bite). Drain, refresh and spread on a large plate to cool.
2. Boil the broccoli with salt and sugar for two to three minutes. Drain, refresh and set it aside.
