A list of healthy foods for great skin Nowadays many people are suffering with skin problems such as dryness, pimples, acne or wrinkles. This can be caused by many different issues such a poor diet, vitamin deficiencies and hormone imbalances. The good news is that there are many healthy foods you can eat for great skin which will keep you looking at your best. Eating these regularly and lowering junk foods will improve the health of the skin and make you appear younger with a natural glow. 1. Avocado The avocado is one of the healthiest fruits on the planet and is rich in healthy natural fats. These help to moisturise the skin and keep it hydrated. Avocados also contain Vitamin E, one of the most important nutrients for skin health. 2. Eggs Eggs contain all the building blocks of life and have been used for thousands of years for great skin. When we have skin problems, it is often because we are deficient in Vitamin A, the most important anti-aging vitamin.
