I wish to solicit your medical financial assistance. I have difficulty breathing, weakness of the body, easy fatigability, and severe chest pain.
The doctor’s analysis of the ECG shows tachycardia, LVH, and inferoseptal infarct. The ECHO findings showed eccentric LVH, severe LV systolic dysfunction, grade 3 diastolic dysfunction, dilated cardiac chambers, and right ventricular systolic dysfunction. Chest X-rays reveal bilateral pleural effusion.
The cardiologist’s assessment says I have heart failure secondary to dilated cardiomyopathy. I am currently on Uperio, Aldactone, carvedilol, torsemide, clopidogrel, empagliflozin, and Xarelto.
