1. 1/4 cup chives, chopped.
2. 1/2 cup green peppers, chopped.
3. 3 whole pimientos, canned, chopped.
4. 1-quart cabbage, shredded.
5. 3 cups celery, minced.
6. 1/2 cup lemon juice.
7. 1 cup vinegar, cider.
8. 2 teaspoon salt.
9. 2 cups sugar.
10.3 pints boiling water.
11. 1 cup cold water.
12. 2-ounce unflavored gelatin.
Method of making perfection salad recipe
1. Soak the unflavored gelatin in the cold water for about 5 minutes.
2. Combine the gelatin, boiling water, sa4 and sugar in a mixing container. Mix til thoroughly dissolved. Let tool.
3. Add the vinegar and lemon juice, chin until gelatin is partly set, remove from the refrigerator.
4. Fold in the remaining ingredients, pour into individual molds, refrigerate until firm.
5. Unmold by dipping the mold in warm water for a few seconds. Invert the mold on to the prepared plate, tap the mold slightly and remove. Serve on chilled greens.
