- 2 thick slices of bread.
- 1 tablespoon olive oil.
- 2 garlic cloves, peeled and roughly crushed.
- 1/2 head of iceberg lettuce.
- 1/2 head of lollo rosso lettuce.
- 5-6 basil leaves.
- 100 grams Parmesan cheese.
- 2 eggs.
- 1 teaspoon French mustard paste.
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce.
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil.

Method Of Making Healthy Caesar Salad
- Cut the bread slices into one-inch pieces.
- Heat one tablespoon oil in a pan and add the garlic. Add the bread cubes and sauté till they are a little crisp caesar salad and browned at the edges. Remove and set aside.
